Our website and/or services have absolutely no intention to collect data on website-users under the age of 16, unless they have permission of a parent or guardian. However, we have no way to verify the age of our websiteusers. We advice parents to be involved in children’s online activities, to prevent their data to be obtained without permission. If you are convinced we have collected personal data of a minor without permission, contact us at office@nrgaccounting.nl and we will delete the data.


For which purposes and on what grounds do we collect personal data NRG Accounting processes your personal data for the following purposes:

The processing of personal data is necessary to complete a contract in which user has have, or to take preliminary action at the request of the user before entering a contract. How long do we store your personal data NRG Accounting doesn’t store your personal data any longer than is necessary to complete the purposes for which we have collected them. We use all legal storage terms in place.

Inactive accounts will be deleted after 1 year.


Sharing personal data with third parties:

NRG Accounting will not sell personal data to third parties and will only share data with third parties in case this is strictly necessary to complete our contract with you or to comply with legal obligation. With companies that process your personal data at our behalf, we have a processors agreement to make sure of an equal standard in security and privacy. NRG Accounting stays responsible for these processes.

To view, change or delete your personal data:

You have the right to view, change or delete your personal data. You also have the right to revoke any given permission for processing your personal data or data object to NRG Accounting for processing your personal data. Black out your picture, MRZ (machine readable zone, the numbers at the bottom of your passport) passport number and citizen service number in this copy to ensure your privacy. Requests will be answered as soon as possible, but no later than 4 weeks.
