Through the NRG Accounting service municipalities and governments are supported in strategy, execution and managing the use of energy in public areas.

Municipalities and governments have a big responsibility in facilitating the energy transition, especially in public areas.
A wide variety of energy consumers in public areas are limited to the use of polluting diesel generators. A (local) government can support these consumers effectively by constructing fixed power sources. For each different type of consumer power sources are being construced, but each with a different approach.
In case of events it is costumary for power sources to be constructed in many cases power sources controlled by the municipality. These power sources are not profitable in most cases because of limited use or because the use of power isn’t billed.
In case of markets similar power sources are usually constructed and controlled by the local municipality. These power sources tend to be a lot more profitable, although billing tends to be an issue too.
In case of construction sites it is very rare for municipalities or governments to facilitate power sources. Contractors have to be self-reliant when it comes to organizing a power source.
In case of mobility a concession-model where construction and exploitation is outsourced to a third party is most common. Revenue and loss belong tot he third party, but the risk is limited by a growing market and limited surcharge per kWh from the municipality. The user does hold the freedom of choice by appointing open source systems in the tender.
For each targetgroup there is a different approach, each of which has its own pros and cons. NRG Accounting combines all the pros into one complete monitoring and operating system.

Open source because of the application of the Open Charge Point Protocol. This is a worldwide supported protocol.

Users hold the freedom of choice of energy provider for any power source.
Applicable anywhere
Power sources can easily be used cross-sectors. A charge point could power a construction site for instance.

Opstellen van stadsbrede visie en vertaling naar beleidsstuk.
Indien gewenst worden er voor de verschillende doelgroepen separate stukken opgesteld. Bijvoorbeeld een visiestuk voor enkel de evenementenvoorzieningen.
Voor het kunnen aansturen en monitoren van stroompunten is aanvullende hardware benodigd. Het plaatsen hiervan kan in combinatie met regulier onderhoud of vervanging.
Wij ondersteunen in het opstellen van een passend programma van eisen.
Implementatie van eerste laag monitorings- en besturingssysteem. Bijvoorbeeld enkel het verslimmen, aansturen en monitoren van evenementen- en marktvoorzieningen.
Stadsbrede inzet van Centraal Besturings- en Monitoringssysteem waarbij stroompunten verschillende behoeftes kunnen voorzien. Vanuit een centraal systeem wordt de aansturing en monitoring geborgd.
